Nice hotel and very good welcome. The room was a very little one with a very little window for the same and high price as others : not very fair and the lighting was in trouble as warming too hot and not available for change. Except that well located and nice stay.
We enjoyed out stay at Lunetta very much. Our room was small but beautiful, all the materials are of high quality and look high class. The breakfasts were almost always the same but delicious and nutritious. The location of the hotel is second to none, you can literally reach anything by foot. The spa was small but private and adequate. The rooftop bar was always vacant but one could just go on and take some nice pictures. Would recommend!
Stayed here with my husband early September. Location was perfect, within walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions, shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with several options. Staff were great and friendly. Room was clean and very nice and spacious with a historic and yet modern vibe. This was the last stop of our 12 day Europe trip and their spa was such a great icing on top. We also had the massage which was very relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Wonderful boutique hotel in a perfect location. We loved our room - two rooms with a connecting hallway. Breakfast was delicious and the staff always friendly and helpful.
We had an incredible stay. The staff was remarkable and especially Claudio and his female front desk person (I'm sorry I don't remember her name.) The room felt very small when we checked in, but after getting settled we realized it had everything we needed. Nice shower, nice closets, great linens. The spa with steam and hottub was a fabulous daily retreat. We loved the location accessibility, close to so much. We would definitely stay there again!!!!
The hotel staff is amazing! A week before arrival they sent me an email helping me arrange a car service to pick up our family from the airport. Antonio greeted us and helped carry all our luggage to our suite. We reserved a 2 bedroom family suite. We had the floor to ourselves with a private terrace. It exceeded our expectations. Hotel location is walking distance to everything and very quiet. Highly recommend!
Kind and efficient service. Small but delicious breakfast with cappucino made to order and very fresh pastries and fruit. Excellent location. Comfortable and silent room. Spa along some of the old walls of the Teatro di Pompeo was a nice bonus.
While the bed was comfortable, I had difficulty understanding how this could possibly be a "classic double" room. I was there for 12 days. There were no drawers for putting things away, only four hangars in the closet, tiny tables cluttered up with lamps, telephone, hotel information. No place to put anything. Useless chair in bathroom. I don't see how two people, even married could occupy this space. On the other hand, staff and location were superb.
